_ PREPARING THE AREA

1. Demo drywall to expose the structure. Above the load-bearing wall to be removed.
2. Place LVL material to keep structure stable before removing the load bearing wall below.
3. Apply foam in all gaps.
4. Proceed to remove load bearing wall.

_ INSTALLING THE BEAM

1. Demo brick load-bearing wall and its wood structure
2. Place the I-beam on its location indicated by the architectural plans.
3. Add temporary support
4. Minor concrete work to fill up gaps.
5. Remove temporary support.

_ FINISHING AND FINAL PRODUCT

1. Drywall work, plaster and paint.
2. Repair floors.
3. Repair woodwork in ceiling
4. Installation of cabinets
5. And final product.
